Rate Study Report (Phase 2) Draft Technical Memo

Summerland Sanitary District contracted with the financial consultant firm Lechowicz + Tseng Municipal Consultants to prepare a comprehensive sanitary sewer rate study.

The Rate Study Report (Phase 2) Draft Technical Memo was completed and presented to the Board of Directors on March 9, 2023.  During this Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the Rate Study Report (Phase 2) Draft Technical Memo.

The Summerland Sanitary District invites Property Owners and Resident  for a Town Hall Meeting.

During this Town Hall Meeting the Rate Study Consultant will give a presentation of the proposed new Rates and the Rate Methodology. 

There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the Consultant, Board and Staff.

This Town hall meeting will be held on April 3rd at 5:30 p.m. at 2400 Lillie Avenue (Summerland Church Meeting Hall), in Summerland, California.
